 Stephen Larsen Stephen and Robin Larsen are co-directors of the Center for Symbolic Studies in New Paltz, New York, where they focus on personal mythology, shamanism, and the creative imagination. Stephen and Robin collaborated on A Fire in the Mind, Joseph Campbell's biography, and A Fashioning of Angels: Partnership as Spiritual Practice. In addition, Stephen is the author of The Mythic Imagination and The Shaman's Doorway.
